Wonderful

I travel to Huatulco for work 1-2 times/year and I always stay at Quinta Bella since the location cannot be beat and I over they years have gotten to know some of the staff including the owner who is always very welcoming!

I stayed in the farthest room from the reception, ground level, but my wifi was spotty and non-existent in some moments and I had to walk outside to make calls or work on my computer. I did mention this to the owner so hopefully he can fix that because these days, wifi is paramount! Also in the past there have been issues getting hot water for the shower so they tend to be luke-warm at most. Othewrwise I would recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to Huatulco!

It was great

Pool was great. View incredible. Choice of restaurants fantastic and wonderful food and service. Close to La Crucecita town. Friendly staff and not too big. Close to beach and Santa Cruz

WiFi was not reliable or strong! Linens were old. Air conditioning woke us in the night with a lot of noise sometimes

The swimming pools were nice the personal was very nice and the restaurant exellent.

The situation close enough to town on the beach quiet and not too big

You could see it needed renovations the towels were old and grey lamp on only one night table.

Perfect spot in town and wonderful dining scene.

Clean, centrally located to all the beaches and the town. Safe. Lots of wonderful food options onsite if you choose to stay close. Two pools that did not feel busy. No mad dash for pool side chairs in the morning.

Beds are not as comfortable but we could see them switching out a large number of them throughout the week. Water is not potable but you get daily water bottles at no charge.

Amazing view, great resort for relaxation and delicious food

The food at all the restaurants were amazing, we tried all of them and none disappointed. The view was beautiful, pools were well maintained and everywhere is clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Walkable distance to the city center if you want to see the city.

Hot water was not always available but it wasn't a big deal given the 30 degrees weather

Very Good

The food was amazing, we couldn’t have asked for better. It was also a fair price for the value. The staff were incredible throughout the entire resort. They provided great service, were polite and clearly enjoyed their jobs. The location couldn’t have been better. It was truly a small boutique resort experience as it didn’t have dozens of rooms and wasn’t over run with children.

There was construction noise prior to the allocated time of 11AM- 6PM. We heard noise between 8-9AM both mornings. Additionally the beds, pillows, sheets and towels were sub par and definitely need to be updated. We had stains on both our sheets and towels and the sheets were not at all crisp hotel white; they were simply just very worn.

Wonderful

Great room and pool service, safe and secure property, friendly staff, no language barriers.

Food menu prices way above Mexican standards, we ate off site for lunches and dinners by walking to La Crucecita and Santa Cruz, both only 15 minutes.

Don't come, we want it for ourselves!

Right on the beach, which despite the red flags is very swimmable if you know how to swim. The issue is the sloping beach and a bit of undertow that could be a problem for non-swimmers. Service is outstanding, and the restaurants--7 of them are all fantastic. We stayed in a room with a plunge pool and we used it!

Only issue was that wifi was a little flaky in our room. But out on the property it was fine.

Fantastic relaxing stay - would highly recommend

The location was superb with amazing views, the friendliness and warmth of the staff and willingness to do anything to make your stay a memorable one. The restaurants were excellent. All in all a brilliant stay.

There is actually nothing we disliked about the hotel - the only one thing would be to say initially the rooms look a little tired but the overall experience more than makes up for that

Beautiful resort hotel perfectly located in the Huatulco area. We will stay here again!

Great location, friendly staff, lots of food choices, great pool and beach, and close to La Crucecita for exploring, more restaurants and the bus station.

It was tough for my 84 yr old to climb the steps to the third floor multiple times per day.
